Not able to unlock the scooters handle

Poor service, there is no responsible person who can resolve the issue after purchase.
Unable to log the complaint. Ivr calls also do not even attend by the agent.
Very very useless support.. I suggest please don't buy ola electric.
I have wasted my time and my money.. For emergencies no support from ola scooter also service engineers.

    Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

    I have booked ola s1 pro. Till payment it was working properly but after payment started getting technical errors. The company has given scooter reservation option, not a cancellation. They are getting money from buyers while refund buyers facing lakhs of obstacles. Customer care not replying to mail and on calling it seems they don't have any knowledge of the product, process, and exact status of products. It is recommended don't book an ola vehicle. These people are useless.

    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on its customers.
