Very poor performance of this bike,
Only a few months after purchase - the stand broke, and the space for keeping the helmet cracked.
The showroom staff and service center refused to attend to the problem.
I do not recommend buying this bike.
The staff is least bothered about customers satisfaction.
Not at all worth it, considering such a high price.

I purchased the new bike in tvs showroom last month, but the bike does not have good condition, I faced some issues with this bike, the bike suddenly off at a slow speed, main thing is the bike is not comfortable in the traffic area and signals. The tvs service is very waste. I sent my bike in the last 15 days but the showroom still not resolve the problem and also still not returned the bike, the customer service has not a proper response, so please don't buy tvs ntorq 125 I got a bad experience with the service and customer care and also bike, please don't buy.

The service center doesn't repair carefully. Mileage is also bad, the worst experience ever.

I just wanna say it's awesome. It's very smooth and the pickup of this scooter is also awesome and smooth. I love to drive it. Also, its wheelbase is very good. I bought xt model in green color which provides me an awesome road presence. Also, it's very stylish. Its max speed is up to 92kmph
In city, it easily goes up to 70 kmph.

They were repairing new vehicles than exchanging them. They are adamant to exchange the defective product they sold me. Not worth it.. Have written an email to ceo.. Not sure if I will get a positive response. Worst birthday to remember..This was the birthday gift with 3rd graded defective ntorq vehicle sold to me.

Absolutely loved it, I own aapche rr310 bs6 too, this is an amazing scooter around, attractive around traffic and commuting on the highway, very stable in city and highway speeds, breaking could have been better, in local am getting 40 to 43kmpl, in highway am getting above 46kmpl, the engine is well refined, headlight flow could be better, the range is not a problem if commuting around 200 to 250kms, the fuel tank is 5.8ltrs with no problem, overall is a best vfm scooter. Comparing in 125cc segment the best I could say in terms of styling, refinement, and functions.
Tvs could produce some more accessories in the future.

Don't buy race xp no extra power just advertise (xp means extra power) but this is same as normal ntorq so save money and go with normal ntorq and old scan doesn't work on my ntorq showroom does not have the proper equipment and old scan app not working on app mobile and lots of android mobiles that's why showroom does not scan my ntorq old scooter have power in 125 cc no complaint but tvs call most powerful scooter in 125 cc event normal ntorq it's fake everything just lying go with normal and save your money.

But good in the pickup, seat space, disc brake and stylish also we need to see cons, first, mileage drops, when I bought this bike in 2018 the average mileage is around 42 kmpl but now it is reduced to 28 kmpl with on-time services. Secondly, the engine heats while you drive for 10 to 15 kms and you can feel the vibrancy after 35 kmph speed. Please buy if you are a local user with daily usage of 10 to 15 kms otherwise it's your wish.

It's been hardly 5 months for my TVS Ntorq 125 XP & it started giving problems like Fuel Leakage, Vehicle Wobbling, and Accelerator being rough & hard to move. Mileage is only 30kmpl. Visited the service center many times but no solution from their side. just giving some lame excuses. I will say only one thing. Don't waste money on this scooter. It's a total waste. I am regretting it now.
